Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are allowable up to 30 days from receipt of the order. 

To initiate an exchange or return, please email hello@buzztag.co or call (541)318-7081 and include your order number, which item(s) you would like to exchange or return, and a reason for the return. Upon receipt of your email, you will be contacted by a representative from our Fulfillment Company (Buzztag) with instructions on shipping your return. 

A full refund, excluding original shipping charges, will be issued on returned items received back to our Fulfillment Center within 21 business days. We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed 1 to 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s). When you receive your credit depends on your financial institution. Generally, however, most credits will be posted to an account within 2-4 days after we submit your refund.
